    Enquiry details you submit voluntarily, such as name, email address, company and message content. The EquipDiag Windows application is designed to operate offline and does not require an account to run diagnostics.

    To respond to enquiries, provide technical support, and improve equipment coverage and product documentation.

    Retention periods and storage locations will be defined before the platform backend goes live and published in the final policy.

    EquipDiag does not sell personal information. Any processors used for email or hosting will be listed in the final policy.
